Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or modify. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view real-time updates under My Orders.
Product Questions
Are your products genuine brand-name items?
Yes. We carry recognized automotive and detailing brands listed on each product page, including ceramic coatings, wash systems, microfiber sets, and accessories from trusted manufacturers.
Do you offer volume or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer volume pricing on cleaning kits, microfiber packs, and commonly ordered detailing supplies for shops, fleets, and enthusiasts. Email support with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened paint, chemicals, and safety-sealed products may have restrictions. Damaged or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or full refund.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Request Refund. Our team responds within 24 hours with a prepaid return label when approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Which automotive care products do you carry?
We stock ceramic coating kits, pH-neutral wash systems, interior cleaners and protectants, microfiber and applicator sets, and exterior care chemicals. Product pages list kit contents, coverage notes, and usage instructions.
How should I maintain ceramic coating and detailing products?
Follow cure times after coating application, use pH-neutral wash soap, store chemicals upright in a cool dry place, and wash microfiber separately from other laundry. See our size guide and product instructions for detailed care tips.
